La Opala RG to set up new Borosilicate glass plant

The Board of Directors of La Opala RG has accorded its approval for setting up a new Borosilicate Glass Plant at Sitarganj in Uttarakhand. 
The proposed capacity will be 25 tpd. The project will entail an investment of Rs 70 crore.
As the demand for Borosilicate glass is increasing, this new plant will not only help outfit the increased demand for borosilicate glass products throughout the domestic and international market but also the low cost of production will provide a competitive benefit to the company. The project is expected to be completed by 24 months.
