Nuberg has recently been chosen by National Fertilizers Limited, Panipat as the single point responsibility EPC & LSTK Company for the first public sector Sulphur Bentonite plant project in India. The turnkey project plant will manufacture 25000 MTPA mix specialty chemical, Sulphur Bentonite. Sulphur Bentonite is a new type of environment friendly fertilizer used in agriculture sector for better productivity and yield.
Nuberg’s EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) scope of work from concept to commissioning include Process Know-how, License & Technology, Technology, Basic, FEED and Detail Engineering, Fabrication, Procurement & Supply, Construction and Erection of all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical And Instrumentation Works, Installation, obtaining all necessary Statutory Approvals, Testing, Mechanical Completion, Pre – Commissioning, Commissioning, Performance Guarantee Test Run Including total Project Management and handing over the plant on single point responsibility basis.
The chemicals & fertilizers minister of India Mr. Anant Kumar had recently announced three major projects in Haryana amongst which one was the unique sulphur bentonite plant in Panipat. A boon to farmers, sulphur bentonite has tremendous potential to levitate agriculture in India to new heights. The unusual sulphur bentonite fertilizer is a panacea for the soil making it fertile as a result increasing the yielding capacity of crops. This enhanced nutrient of crop will not only benefit the farmers but will also be advantageous for the consumers.
