With reference to the earlier letter dated November 15, 2016, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd has recently informed BSE that Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has signed a Consortium Agreement with Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited to carry out pre project activities for setting up of 60 MMTPA West Coast Refinery and a Petrochemical Project in the State of Maharashtra through a Joint Venture Company.
