VWS is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Voltas Limited and Dow Chemical Pacific (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (a member of the Dow Group of Companies), bringing together Voltas’ ‘smart’ engineering, brand and marketing strengths, and the Dow Group’s advanced water science.
The Voltas Water ATM is a conveniently located coin- or Smart-Card-operated dispenser that can serve pure safe water, at a mere 10-20paise per litre. It relieves India’s village womenfolk from spending hours daily in fetching and carrying water, often from ground-water sources that are dangerously contaminated in 54% of rural districts.
With its distinctive features – 6 stages of filtration, reverse osmosis, and reduction of bacteria by 99.99 % – Voltas Water ATM is a safe, durable and secure source of purified drinking water for communities and public places.
The new VWS products have been engineered to provide maximum output and excellent performance along with the lowest-in-class footprint.
